Michelle Partridge - Founder
My name is Michelle Partridge and I am the founder of Peartree Consulting. Over the years I have had the opportunity to start and operate service companies. I started Peartree Consulting because I understand the ups and downs of business ownership and want to share with others tools and strategies to become successful.
When in the day to day operations, I found that resources to help me move forward were limited, even though the demand for the business was high. I felt that I was on an island and no help was in sight.
I began to improve the way I operated the business. I created templates and checklists , improved customer relationships through vetted processes and increased revenue by knowing the cost of running my business. I sold the business for a profit, which is still doing well today.
